Ingredients

  • 5 raw potatoes, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Mix with grated potatoes.
  3. Shape mixture into balls the size of a baseball.
  4. Drop into a kettle of boiling water; cook for one hour.
