Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add 1 egg at a time.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla; fold in sour cream.
  4. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  5. Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan.
  6. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
