Ingredients

  • 2-4 tbs olive oil
  • 1-2 oranges; squeeze juice into bowl
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-4 tbs soy sauce
  • 2-4 squirts of siracha sauce

Instructions

  1. season chops with Borasari salts
  2. Whisk all ingredients together
  3. Pour over seasoned chops
  4. Turn chops over in 2-4 hrs; spoon bottom fluids over chops again and wait
