Marinated Brie

Instructions
- Cook basil, peppercorns and sliced garlic in the oil until it starts to bubble.
- (Do not overcook, or the garlic will burn.) Remove from heat; allow to cool.
- Place sliced Brie on the bottom of a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over to cover cheese.
- Allow to stand for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Arrange 2 or 3 slices of cheese on salad leaves; just before serving, dribble with marinade.
- Serves 6.
