Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. hot milk
  • 1 tsp. real vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, salt, eggs, hot milk and vanilla.
  2. Pour into custard cups or baking pan of hot water.
  3. Bake at 325° until custard is set.
  4. Serves 4.
