Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cumin, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, cornstarch, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub two-thirds of the spice mixture on the fat side of the brisket.
  3. Rub one-third of the spice mixture on the bottom side of the brisket.
  4. Grill the brisket as desired.
