Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped Maui onions (any sweet white onion may be used)
  • 1 c. diced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Best Foods mayo (requires at least 1/2 c. to make a mixture; do not substitute with lo-fat mayo)

Instructions

  1. Bake at 350° until bubbly (at least 30 minutes or more). Serve with favorite crackers.
