Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/4 cups unrefined vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, lemon juice, and sea salt in blender at high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Slowly add oil as you continue blending.
  3. Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
