Mediterranean Baked Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick
  • 4 halibut steaks, approx. 1 pound
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup kraft light zesty reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange half of the tomato slices on bottom of 9 inch square baking dish.
  3. Top with fish, onions and remaining tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with capers.
