Ingredients

  • sugar
  • green olives
  • pork loin medallions
  • hearts of artichoke
  • olive oil
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown pork on both sides.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pork is cooked. Serves 4.
