Melon With Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit.
  2. Mix together honey and lemon juice and pour over fruit.
  3. Toss to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
