Juicy chicken drumsticks coated with crunchy crushed corn chips and flavorful taco sauce, ideal for a quick, delicious Mexican-inspired meal perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bottled taco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups corn chips

Instructions

  1. In a 9-inch square dish, combine the bottled taco sauce and salad oil.
  2. Add the chicken drumsticks to the dish and turn them to coat with the sauce mixture.
  3. Cover the dish and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Place the corn chips in a plastic bag and crush them into smaller pieces.
  7. Shake the marinated drumsticks in the crushed corn chips to coat them evenly.
  8. Place the coated drumsticks in the prepared baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
