- Take a 9 x 13-inch pan and spray with Pam or lightly coat with butter.
- Fill the dish with the peaches.
- Then take the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- You then pour that mixture over the peaches and bake at 350° for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- You can put a few pats of butter on the top if you desire.
