Microwave Homemade Pie Shell

Instructions
- Place flour and salt in small bowl.
- With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in shortening until mixture resembles small peas. Sprinkle water over mixture.
- Stir with fork to form a ball.
- Roll out on
- floured pastry board with rolling pin to about 12-inch circle.
- Fit into glass 9-inch pie plate.
- Trim and flute edge. Prick pastry with fork.
- Cook on High for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Pastry is done when it looks dry and blistered and is not doughy.
- Cool; add filling.
