Microwave Pepperoni Pepitos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced hin
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag round tortilla chips (cheese or jalapeno)
  • 1 jar taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Place chips on cookie sheet; spread out evenly.
  2. Place one piece of pepperoni on each chip until all chips are covered.
  3. Put a dash of taco sauce on each piece of pepperoni.
  4. Then spread the cheeses over chips.
  5. Place under broiler until cheeses are melted. Serve immediately.
