Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten slightly
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. (This is very important.)
  4. Cook on High until mixture comes to a full boil, 10 to 12 minutes.
