Mimaw'S Yeast Bread

Instructions
- Scald milk, add sugar, salt and butter.
- Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.
- Combine yeast, milk and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth.
- Add rest of flour and turn out on lightly floured table and knead until bubble gum stage.
- Place in greased bowls; cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch down and knead a few times.
- Separate and put in greased pans.
- Let rise until almost double in size.
- Bake in 450° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
