- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Sift flour into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in dried mixed herbs.
- Mix in enough milk (around 1/2 - 3/4 cup) for ingredients to just come together. Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead lightly until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 pieces and knead into rounds. Arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 20 mins, or until golden brown.
