Mini Pepperoni Breads

Ingredients

  • frozen bread dough (pkg. of 3)
  • 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw dough according to package.
  2. Roll into rectangle shape (approximately 8 x 12-inch).
  3. Spread pepperoni on dough.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of pepperoni.
  5. Roll tightly lengthwise.
  6. Slice 1-inch thick pieces.
  7. Place flat on greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake until bottom is golden brown at 350°, 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Yields 6 to 7 dozen.
