Ingredients

  • 3 x 145 g packets pizza base mix
  • None None flour, for dusting
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 None tomatoes, sliced
  • 250 g mozzarella, slliced
  • 50 g rocket
  • 100 g thin cut cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions. Divide into 8 equal sized pieces.
  2. Roll out the dough pieces on a lightly floured work surface to make 8 small pizza bases. Transfer to a baking tray.
  3. Spread each with a little tomato paste. Sprinkle over the grated cheese. Top 4 bases with the tomato slices and the mozzarella. Leave the remaining 4 'plain'. Bake all 8 pizzas for 15-20 mins.
  4. Top the cooked 'plain' pizzas with the arugula and ham just before serving.
