Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions. Divide into 8 equal sized pieces.
- Roll out the dough pieces on a lightly floured work surface to make 8 small pizza bases. Transfer to a baking tray.
- Spread each with a little tomato paste. Sprinkle over the grated cheese. Top 4 bases with the tomato slices and the mozzarella. Leave the remaining 4 'plain'. Bake all 8 pizzas for 15-20 mins.
- Top the cooked 'plain' pizzas with the arugula and ham just before serving.
