Minty Ginger Ale

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 8 ounces ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine the mint leaves, sugar, orange juice concentrate, and a splash of ginger ale in a measuring cup.
  2. Crush the mixture with a spoon and add the remaining ginger ale.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, strain the ginger ale mixture over the ice.
  4. Add more ginger ale, if needed, to fill the glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
