Ingredients

  • Minute rice (to serve 4, follow directions on box)
  • 1/2 can V-8 juice (32 oz.)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef, fried

Instructions

  1. Boil water and put in rice; let it cook about 5 minutes.
  2. Put in the tomato sauce and 1/2 can V-8 juice; put in chopped garlic and onion and simmer.
  3. While it simmers, put in already cooked ground beef.
  4. Let simmer for about 5 minutes or until done.
