Instructions
- Boil water and put in rice; let it cook about 5 minutes.
- Put in the tomato sauce and 1/2 can V-8 juice; put in chopped garlic and onion and simmer.
- While it simmers, put in already cooked ground beef.
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes or until done.
