Minute Rice(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. Minute rice

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, combine water, butter and salt. Microwave for 5 minutes at High (100% power) until it comes to a boil.
  2. Add rice and stir well.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, covered, at High.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes, covered.
  5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
