Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup frozen berries (measure frozen then thaw)
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Puree berries.
  2. With a mixer blend cream cheese, sugar and berry puree.
  3. In a separate bowl whip the cream.
  4. Fold into berry mixture.
