Ingredients

  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot pineapple syrup
  • 1 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 graham cracker shell

Instructions

  1. Chill evaporated milk in the freezer until soft crystals form, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Whip the chilled evaporated milk until stiff, about 1 minute.
  3. Add lemon juice to the whipped milk and continue whipping until very stiff, about 2 minutes.
  4. Fold the whipped milk mixture into the prepared lemon jello.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of well-drained crushed pineapple into the whipped mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker shell.
  7. Chill the pie for 2 hours or until firm before serving.
