Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar (white or brown)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 375° until crust is brown.
  3. Mom made this when she had extra pie dough.
  4. It's like a heavy custard pie.
