Morris Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the spinach until dry.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Stir before serving.
  6. Makes 3 cups.
  7. Serve with Bugles or Fritos.
  8. Enjoy!
