Mozzarella Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes with peels on.
  2. Let cool, peel, grate, then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
