Ingredients

- 6 round ham slices
Instructions
- Line muffin tins with a slice of ham about the thickness of a slice of bologna.
- Break an egg onto each ham slice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is firm.
- Remove with spatula and serve immediately.
