Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 round ham slices

Instructions

  1. Line muffin tins with a slice of ham about the thickness of a slice of bologna.
  2. Break an egg onto each ham slice.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is firm.
  5. Remove with spatula and serve immediately.
