Mustard Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tsp. coarse grain mustard
  • 4 tsp. butter
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a heavy medium pan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in mustard.
  4. Toss beans in mixture to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Serves 4.
