Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery (if you like celery)
  • roast
  • Lipton onion mix

Instructions

  1. Wash roast; cover with onion salt.
  2. Place in pan.
  3. Add Lipton onion mix over roast and 2 cups of water.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots and celery, sliced each one, around the roast.
  5. Cover with Reynolds Wrap.
  6. Cook 1 hour at 400°.
  7. After cooking, use the remaining juice and add it to 2 packages of gravy mix.
