Nelda'S Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup tap water

Instructions

  1. Heat all the ingredients in an iron skillet on medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until all the moisture is cooked out.
  3. Sugar will crystallize on pecans.
  4. Turn out on wax paper.
  5. Break apart as they cool.
