- Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
- Add dissolved yeast.
- Now, gradually add flour to mixture.
- Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size (2 hours).
- Punch down and shape into rolls.
- Let rolls rise until doubled (about 30 minutes).
- Bake 20 minutes in a preheated 400° oven.
- Brush tops with butter and serve hot.
