No Fat Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 box Healthy Choice nonfat cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 bag Guiltless nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese up into a microwavable dish.
  2. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes. Microwave in covered dish on High for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Cook 3 minutes more and stir.
  5. Continue to microwave until cheese is completely melted.
  6. Dip over low-fat nacho chips.
  7. Store dip in refrigerator; heat up for a snack.
