No Flour Peanut Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Use teaspoon at a time to drop onto cookie sheet.
  3. Flatten with fork.
  4. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Let cool before taking out of pan.
