Noel Apple Salad
Ingredients
Instructions
- Partially peel apples, leaving some skin on for color.
- Then quarter and coarsely chop.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on apples to prevent apples from discoloring and toss thoroughly.
- In another bowl cut up the dates, cherries and nuts.
- Sprinkle apples with sugar.
- Refrigerate both bowls of fruit.
- Just before serving, mix all together, adding as much sour cream as desired for dressing. Serve immediately.
