Ingredients

  • 7 3/16 tablespoons oats
  • hot water
  • 1 7/16 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup quark 1,5% fat
  • 4 1/8 tablespoons yoghurt 1,5% fat

Instructions

  1. mix oats with water
  2. add honey
  3. add quark and yoghurt
  4. put half of the dough on baking paper and sprinkle with apple, cinnamon
  5. cover with the second half of the dough
  6. bake in preheated oven at 180° slightly over half an hour
