Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked oatmeal
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour (more, if needed)
  • 1 egg, well beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix the oatmeal, egg, sugar and vanilla together.
  2. Mix in enough flour to shape the cakes. Drop on hot greased griddle; brown on both sides.
