Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
  2. Sprinkle on cooked oatmeal, pancakes or waffles.
  3. Other suggestions:
  4. Other types of nuts or seeds (chopped whole nuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, flax, etc.)
  5. Other types of dried fruits or berries (raisins, blueberries, chopped mango, strawberries, dates, etc.)
  6. Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pumpkin pie spice, etc.)
  7. mini chocolate chips
