Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • butter
  • your favorite fresh vegetables (onion, tomato, squash, green pepper, pimento, eggplant, etc.)
  • your favorite seasoning
  • some croutons

Instructions

  1. Take one whole chicken, cut back bone and spread chicken out. Separate skin from top (stomach).
  2. This is to be stuffed.
