Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of orange juice and heat over hot water until dissolved.
  2. Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups orange juice with sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin to the orange juice mixture and chill in a cold place, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  4. When the mixture is set to a soft jelly, whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in lemon juice, then gently fold in the orange gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  7. Serve chilled, unmolded or in the mold as desired.
