Instructions
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of orange juice and heat over hot water until dissolved.
- Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups orange juice with sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the orange juice mixture and chill in a cold place, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- When the mixture is set to a soft jelly, whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in lemon juice, then gently fold in the orange gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
- Serve chilled, unmolded or in the mold as desired.
