- In a 4-cup measure, put 1/2 cup of cold water and sprinkle the gelatin on it.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and stir to dissolve.
- Add Kool-Aid, sweetener or sugar, salt and ginger. Fill with ice cubes and when about jelled, add cantaloupe.
