Orange Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) lean pork loin
  • cracked pepper
  • orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Place pork on cooking rack, fat side up.
  2. Coat with pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  3. Remove form oven, coat with marmalade and return to oven; cook until well done.
  4. Watch carefully. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
