- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir until completely dissolved.
- Chill in mixing bowl until syrupy, like egg whites. Whip with beater until gelatin is foamy and light and no clear gelatin showing.
- Add sherbet and whipped topping; fold together until smoothly blended.
- Chill for 1 to 2 hours, until set.
- Easy and fast.
- Can be poured into an elegant bowl before chilling for best presentation.
