Orzo Con Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. orzo
  • 3 c. or 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil

Instructions

  1. Saute orzo in butter until browned lightly.
  2. Add chicken broth; simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Add fresh grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
