Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F Prepare baking dish.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and salad dressing mix; mix well. Place sour cream in another shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in sour cream, coating well. Roll coated chicken in bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish. Discard any remaining bread crumb mixture and sour cream.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
