Instructions
- Separate egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites slightly.
- Mix together egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and sugar.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Pour thin layer into large heated skillet, coated with oil.
- Cook until golden brown, then turn over and cook on other side until golden brown.
- Fill with favorite filling; for example, apricot, damson preserves.
- Put on a plate and eat.
