Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together with mixer.
  2. Store in airtight container.
  3. When needed, use pastry brush to apply to bottom and sides of baking pans.
  4. No need to dust with flour.
  5. This formula is used by many bakeries.
