Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix hash brown potatoes, cottage cheese and sour cream together in casserole dish.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
