Ingredients

  • 1 c. lightly toasted white sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Put
  2. all ingredients in a dry blender.
  3. Mix until seeds are milled and ingredients are combined.
  4. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for months.
  5. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
